Amplifier gain improves low ADC resolution by MCU

I applied for an amplifier to get S/N ratio. I recorded the two sensor-outputs and showed the real-time chart. I found that the amplified output improved the rough ADC resolution. The both sensitivity of the sensors are the same. Akizuki's H8/3664F board fixes the refference ADC voltage by 5V. So the resolution is 4.9mV. The smoothed measurement curve shows the fact that ADC resolution is very important to show a chart.
