| Natural environment of Lake Biwa |
| Monthly temperature of the Lake Biwa are 28°C in July and August, 4°C in January and February. It rains more than 150 mm/month throught March to July[1]. It winds 5 to 15 m/s on shore of the lake. The winds are very different at the measured spots at the same time[2]. Its surface elevation is 85 m[3]. |

Japan has more allowable aviation law for RC aircraft than United States. RC aircraft cannot fly over 150 m in Japan[4]. But Japan has much severe regulation about elecromagnetic waves than US FCC[5][6].
